Lecture
Theme:  The modern tendency in the development of orthodontics
Abstract:
The main directions of development of modern dentistry:
- the additive implementation of modern digital technologies in orthodontic diagnostics, treatment and prediction of the results of rehabilitation of patients with TJA and deformities;
- integration of specialized orthodontic care into the complex of medical and preventive measures to increase the level of general somatic health of the population of Ukraine;
- clinical and biological justification of the concept of “functional norm” in the framework of studying the characteristics of the individual adaptive capabilities of the human body as an integral stomatognathic system!

Тема:  Digital labyrinths of orthodontics
Abstract:
What will my report be about… How can I say… If you are an orthopedist or an implant surgeon and you have an intraoral scanner or any specialized software at your disposal, then I have no doubt that you know perfectly well what to do with your number: crowns , bridges, templates, etc. What if you are an orthodontist? And, for example, do you have access to an intraoral or desktop scanner? What's the next step? What can you offer an orthodontic patient? Oooh… Aligners, indirect bonding brackets, metal retainers, MSE, RPE, twin block, lingual archwires and…. still very, very many. The limit is only your imagination... And if a few years ago it all looked like "digital" labyrinths, today we meet to make sure that there are no such labyrinths.

Lecture
Theme: The 3d printed orthodontic appliance: MSE, RME Twin block, metal retainers
Abstract:
Simon Graf will show in his lecture how to virtually plan and produce a 3d metal printed orthodontic appliance. He will demonstrate different appliances, with their possibilities and restrictions.
Then he will talk about TAD integration in a 3d intraoralscan, how to plan an appliance on TADs and the clinical procedure. Also removable appliances, like the functional appliance Twinblock, he tried to develop a usefull procedure, so it would be possible to produce them in a desktop-acrylic 3d printer. And, like all treatments end, he finishes with bonded retainer, and how it’s possible to virtual plan and produced them.

Lecture
Theme:  Digital setup and 3D fabrication of a neuromuscular orthotic
Abstract:
3D digital setup of several appliances is becoming part of our everyday practice. This lecture focuses on the importance of digital acquisitions for our office and on a detailed description of the various steps to 3D fabrication. Speed and quality are preserved with optimal results. Has this revolution just started?

Abstract:
- Types of orthodontic work using a 3D printer;
- Varieties of 3D printers used in orthodontic laboratories;
- Specialized materials for 3D printing, for use in orthodontics.

Lecture
Theme:  Digital planning of cortical anchorage in orthodontics and technical aspects of the installation of mini-screws
Abstract:
Bone anchorage has become an integral part of modern orthodontic practice in solving difficult clinical problems, which has greatly expanded the horizons of the specialty.
Actual are works aimed at finding effective areas for mini-screws installation and methods of their installation. More predictable and less traumatic mini-screw placement is possible with the use of navigational surgical templates designed using digital solutions.
The use of surgical tips with external control of implant installation is promising. This allows you to minimize the friction forces and to carry out the installation with the values of the torque close to the recommendations of the manufacturers, as well as to avoid contamination.

Lecture
Theme:  Digital it’s now! what’s your plans?
Abstract:
In my lecture, I will tell you about my daily work, in a 100% digital laboratory. I will share my experience with you on these issues: Digital coordinations, design, milling and selective laser melting (SLM). Digital applications are no more difficult or more expensive. They are instead safer, more precise and repeatable. We will see how digital is changing dentistry.

Lecture
Theme:  Digital technology: feasibility or necessity?
Abstract:
1. Let's see what exactly we consider digital technology? Who coined the term, why?
2. The content and objectives of digital technology. Feasibility or necessity?
3. “Analogue” or “digital clinic”? Reasonable compromise.
4. Digital appliances and virtual capabilities.
5. Remote control and treatment. How it works?

Lecture
Theme:  Easy Brace - system of indirect digital bonding of braces. Experience of using
Abstract:
The most important step in installing braces is to accurately determine the longitudinal axis of the teeth. By applying a CT scan to the model, the doctor can be sure that the longitudinal axis of the tooth is accurately determined and that the bracket will work exactly as it should. By the way, the visual axis of the tooth does not always or, probably, often does not coincide with the actual one. This is why 3D positioning of braces is valuable, especially with CT overlay - we see the actual axis, which eliminates errors in positioning. Easy Brace is a modern technology of indirect digital bonding of braces, which allows not only to fix braces to the patient in 10 minutes, but also to do this with the greatest possible accuracy. In my report I will share with you my clinical experience, the use of this system.

Lecture
Theme:  Intraoral scanning workflow combined with customized Digital Indirect Bonding
Abstract:
Intraoral scanning with TRIOS tips & tricks for full mouth scanning, learn about the whole range of 3Shape excitement apps for patient education and monitoring. Plan digital orthodontic treatments and analyze scans.

Lecture
Theme:  Easy Align System, clinical experience
Abstract:
In my report, I will describe the work with the Easy Align System - the system of clear aligners as an example of one clinical case. The stage of ordering, diagnostics, joint planning of orthodontic treatment will be described. Recreating the end result on a computer. I will separately show the stages of work with the patient. Intermediate and final results.

Lecture
Theme:  Digital Orthodontic Patient Card (MOH form) Easy Card: A simple and convenient daily assistant for the orthodontist
Abstract:
The digital card Easy Orthodontic Patient was developed on the basis of the Orthodontic Patient Medical Card No. 043-1 / о Approved by order of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine No. 435 dated May 29, 2013. The card substitutes an electronic version available from any device.

In my report I will tell you how a digital оrthodontic card “Easy Card” can simplify the work of an orthodontist. I’ll tell you about the possibilities of Easy Card: how to use tips and how to choose possible options for filling in the card fields; how quickly, and without using tables, to obtain a calculation and conclusion on anthropometric analyzes. How to fill in all 30 fields of cephalometric analysis in a minute, as well as choose the type of apparatus, fill in the doctor’s diary. You will also learn about additional options for saving patient photos. See you at the symposium.
